Our Catholic Faith Community is always looking for
people to use their Time, Talent and Treasures to
enhance our parish and the activities and services
provided. If you have any questions or would like to

Welcome New Members

Meets with new parish members on Sunday following the 8:30 a.m. Mass
once every other month. Prepares and serves refreshments, provides
information and answers questions about the parish, collects census
cards, offers tours of the buildings, etc.

Serve Coffee and Donuts after Mass

Sets up and serves coffee and doughnuts after the 8:30 a.m.
and/or 10:30 a.m. Mass on Sunday morning.

Drivers

Provides transportation for older adults or for others requiring
transportation to Mass Saturday 4:30 p.m., Sunday 8:30 or 10:30 a.m.
Provides transportation during the week for doctor appointments, groceries, etc.

Parish Festival Committee

Plans, with a team of parishioners, the annual Parish Festival
to be held the fourth weekend of July.

Bingo Committee

Plans, with a team of parishioners, bingo games to be played at
various times throughout the year.

Meeting Hospitality

Participates in planning, preparing, setting up, serving and
cleaning up after Parish events, including social gatherings,
sacramental preparation meetings, training, etc.

Baking

Provides cookies or other baked goods for parish events. You
will receive a phone call asking for baked goods prior to the event.

Bread Basket

Plans, purchases, prepares, sets up, serves and/or cleans up
after dinner for people in need four times a year on a Tuesday
evening. Meals are served at First United Methodist Church in
Waupaca. Volunteers may serve alone or as a group
(e.g. Small Faith Groups, etc.).

Brown Bag Lunches

Prepares brown bag lunches on Friday morning and/or distributes
lunches on Saturday morning, also at First United Methodist Church.

St. Vincent de Paul

Works with other volunteers beginning the 1st week
in April at the St. Vincent de Paul Store in Weyauwega either
sorting and pricing donated clothing on Monday morning or
staffing the store on Friday (9am-4pm) and/or Saturday (9am-12 noon).
Proceeds benefit needy persons in the community.

Put Together Worship Aid

Collates, staples and folds Worship Aids once a month used by
Assembly at Mass.

Stuff Bulletins

Helps stuff bulletin inserts, newsletters and/or parish mailings.
Work is usually done on Thursday mornings.

Child Care

Provides childcare during parish meetings and events. May choose
to alternate as part of a Child Care Team.

Nursery Caregiver (Sunday 10:30)

Supervises children age 6 months through kindergarten while
their parents attend 10:30 a.m. Sunday Mass. Schedule rotates
every Sunday except holiday weekends.

Home Helpers Ministry

Helps people who can neither do the work themselves nor
afford to hire outside help with minor repairs in and
around the home. Jobs are assigned according to ability.

Care of Plants - Outdoors

Maintains and improves our "country" landscape by mulching,
weeding, planting, etc.

Window Cleaning Crew

Cleans and washes windows seasonally in our church.

Grief Support

Visits and be present to the immediate families of our parish
who have lost a family member through death. Training is provided.

Jail/Prison

Visits individuals incarcerated in the Waupaca County Jail;
helps with or leads small group discussion; be available when
needed. Training is necessary and will be provided.

Council of Catholic Women (CCW)

Supports the parish physically, socially, financially and
spiritually through various functions and activities. This
new group is forming as part of a national organization of
Catholic women.
